Why was my purchase unsuccessful?
It's possible you entered incorrect credit card details or the account you are using has insufficient funds. Your expiry date may have been incorrect or you may not have entered the correct CVV number.

Can I obtain a refund on tickets I have bought?
There are currently no refunds for the majority of events unless the event is cancelled. This is covered in the terms and conditions during purchase and as the majority of promoters set a standard. We're happy to refund your ticket in the following circumstances:
(a) An Event is cancelled;
(b) An Event is moved to another date and you decide not to retain your Booking for the rescheduled Event; or
(c) Details of an Event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act or venue)

We cannot refund your ticket outside of these circumstances. However, if you are unable to attend the event you can reallocate the tickets into the name of somebody who would like to attend in your place.

The above hasn't answered my questions and I still have a problem Contact Ticket Support with any ticketing related problems or support requests.
